Application
HSC800 is applied to the processing of the high-voltage coaxial cable of new energy. It can perform up to seven functions: outer jacket stripping, foil removing, shield cutting, shield flipping, shield brushing, secondary shield cutting and inner insulation stripping (also can half-stripping). It is a semiautomatic machine, easy to operate and with a user-friendly HMI. Each functional unit can be opened and closed independently, for example, it can also process cable harness without aluminum foil layer. The HSC800 has changed the original seven manual processing steps, into only one step in a fully-automatic sequence, greatly improved the production efficiency and quality, is a cost-effective solution.
