The SC503 retains the advantage of modular free combination (with independent start and stop functions for stripping and crimping), and has added a revolutionary AI visual inspection system. High-pixel industrial cameras and deep learning algorithms are adopted to achieve millisecond-level determination of terminal crimping quality (with an accuracy of 0.1mm), accurately identifying various processing defects such as burrs, deformations, exposed copper. The risk of defective products being released is reduced by 80%. Support cloud storage of quality data, generate a dedicated quality file for each product, achieve full traceability, and be compatible with precision processing requirements such as new energy HV wiring harnesses (single wire can be made up to 6mm²). Supports MES system integration and can be optionally equipped with an automatic scanning and coding module to meet the requirements of Industry 4.0 intelligent manufacturing.
Modular
The module concept is fully applied in SC503. There is no need to change any modular within wire diameter. For special ones, you just need to change stripping blades and wire guiding modular. This makes high efficiency.
